OPENING RECEPTION: Public Art in Philadelphia

Join us for the opening reception of the archive exhibit Public Art in Philadelphia: A Legacy Shaped by Women, organized in partnership with the Association for Public Art. The reception will feature opening remarks from David R. Bringham, Librarian and CEO of the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, and Charlotte Cohen, Executive Director of the Association for Public Art (aPA). This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served. Visit www.hsp.org/events to register.

The exhibit will be on view from January 30, 2024 through March 15, 2024 at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania during library hours. Library hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10:00am-4:00pm, Wednesday 1:00pm-7:00pm, and Friday 10:00am-2:00pm.
